Grapes comes from the Darling/Mamre area and were fermented in three-ton fermenters after which the wine went into 300 litre barrels immediately. Wines were matured for 18 months. The wood makes for a pleasant mouth-feel, enhancing the bouquet. The opulent colour and structure are intense and need time to mature.
