Our available varietals include:Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinotage, Shiraz, Malbec, Merlot, Mourvedre, Cinsault, Chardonnay, Grenache Noir, Dry White.We offer competitive FOB Cape Town pricing on bulk flexi bag shipments with flexible minimum order quantities. Shiraz ranges from ZAR 21.88 to ZAR 30.00 per litre depending on the region and volume available.Chenin Blanc is priced between ZAR 15.94 and ZAR 18.75 per litre, varying by origin and stock size.Sauvignon Blanc is offered at approximately ZAR 17.50 per litre. Variety : 100% Chardonnay Production : 5000 bottles Wine-making : Wine was settled and fermentation started with wild yeast in Stainless steel tanks for 1 week before transfer to 450l Rousseau Piano barrels (1/3 new). Alcoholic and Malolactic fermentation were completed in barrel and battonage was done every 2 weeks. Ageing Potential : 5-8 years Food Suggestions : Pan fried kingklip with a beurre blanc. Analysis : Alcohol 13,50%
