On the nose it shows notes of exotic and tropical fruit, in the mouth it is fresh, fragrant, savoury. The best serving temperature is between 9 and 10 °C. Grape varieties : Insolia and Viognier Vintage : 2023 Alcohol : 13% Format : 0.75l Name : IGT GRAPES : 75% Insolia and 25% Viognier, the latter is produced in Contrada Mirto, in the territory of Partinico at about 450 meters above sea level VINIFICATION AND REFINING : Viognier and Insolia are harvested in mid-September. The grapes are hand-picked in 14 kg crates with a blend in the vineyard. The grapes are subjected to soft destemming and crushing, followed by cryomaceration at 4-5°C. The crushed grapes are then very gently pressed in reduction. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14-15°C. It ages “sur-lie” for 4 months.
