This wine comes from the assembly of the grapes coming from all the IGP vineyards of the winery. In this way all the different characteristics due to the plots composition and to the exposition confer the right amount of aromatic components, structure and freshness. Falanghina IGP is an easy-drinking wine which accompanies all the dishes of our cooking based on fish, vegetables, and white meats, excellent as an aperifif. The main feature is its strong acidity which makes it fresh, leaving , as a result, an optimum aftertaste of white fruit and a good minerality. Production area: Galluccio (Ce), on the slope of the extinguished volcano of Roccamonfina. Nature of the ground: volcanic ground with a good concentration of mineral salts and micro elements. Number of the bottles produced: 100000. Media age of the vines: 15 years. Stupms for hectare: 2200. Vine variety ages: 2000. Vine training: Guyot/ Spurred CordoN. Production for hectare: 120 ha. Harvest: by hand in box of 15 kg. Grape hervest: at the end of October. Vinification: in steel vats, temperature controlled with selected yeasts. Refinement: in steel from 3 to 8 months. Colour: fresh straw-yellow. Fragrance: quite intense and complex, with delicate floral smells and white fruit Taste: Fresh, dry, with a good and typical minerality. Serving temperature: 8/10° C. Food pairing raccomandations: a wine for every plate, first courses, soups, fish, clod platter, buffalo milk mozzarella, green cheese. Also ideal as aperitif.
