VINEYARD AREA: The grapes are selected from low-yielding vineyards in the commune of Motta di Livenza, in the province of Treviso, northern Italy. The vines are trained using the typical Guyot method. HARVEST: The grapes are carefully picked by hand in late August. The vineyards are picked over and over again, with workers selecting only those bunches at the perfect stage of maturity. VINIFICATION: The grapes are de-stemmed and delicately pressed. The must is then chilled to 12°C and left to rest for approximately 18 hours. Fermentation is carried out using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 18°C. A subsequent secondary fermentation in low-temperature pressurized tanks is carried out to obtain the perfect effervescence. WINEMAKER'S NOTES: The wine has a lovely golden straw color with a bouquet of green apples and flowers. The bubbles are fine and generous. The palate bursts with a fresh taste of peach and apples, a refreshing acidity and well balanced and lingering finish. Enjoy it by itself or as a great partner to seafood.

Production area: our vineyards in Pradamano (Ud). Ripening: end of September. Vine training technique: Geneva Double Curtain. Plants density: 4000 plants per hectare. Soil composition: medium-texture soil, rich in iron and limestone. Vinification: after vintage, skins and must are set to ferment for ca 8-10 days at the controlled temperature of 28° C in 300 Hectolitres steel basins with Ganimede model vinificators. This method allows a soft fermentation without breaking grape seeds and skins, obtaining thus soft wines. The wine then is left to refine for some months in concrete basins. Description: intense and deep ruby red coloured wine, sweet and slightly sparkling. In its perfume we recognize dried flowers notes, its fruity perfume evokes the rose, the raspberry and the blackcurrant. Pairings: with soft past cheeses and dry pastry. Fantastic with snacks. To be served at a temperature of 10-12°C. Conservation: to be kept in fresh places at a temperature of 12-16° C, far from light, avoid to keep it long time in refrigerator.

Only this, has resulted in Aronne, a wine that tasted sooner or later always whisper their origins. The complex and enveloping aroma, hints of ripe fruit and rich flavor, united by a good structure and personality, make it a great accompaniment to cold meats, meat dishes and cheeses. It is recommended a large glass at 16-18 ° C. Storage: In a cool place at 12-16 °C, protected from light, it is advisable to open the bottle at least one hour before serving.
