Hints of the Vineyard: This excellent red wine is made with the classic Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes cultivated in a narrow hilly district between the Adriatic Sea and the Appennine Mountains, and harvested at perfect maturation. Vinification: Traditional, in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperature. 6-8 days of maceration. Tasting Notes: This brilliant red coloured wine has a delicate vinous aroma, with hints of red fruits and ripe cherries. To the taste, Montepulciano is dry and well-balanced; its low tannic content perfectly matches with its crisp acidity. It is a medium bodied wine, well structured and pleasant to be drunk at any time. Food Pairing Notes: Ideal served with first dishes and roast meats, perfect with cheeses. Uncork 2 hours before drinking and serve at 18 °C. Ageing Potential: 3 – 5 years.

Area of Origin: Fiano grapevine grows in the flat area approaching both the Ionic Sea and the Giordano Winery in Torricella, Apulia, where the unbound soil and the Cordon Training system specifically foster the Fiano grapevine cultivation. Hints of the Vineyard: Fiano is a full-bodied white wine, endowed with a rare aromatic finesse and made up with Fiano grapes only. Vinification: The grapes are softly pressed and then undergo a fermentation at controlled temperature in order to keep their fragrance and aromas. Tasting Notes: This wine is straw yellow in colour with a greenish shade; it has an intense floral and fruity aroma, with strong hints of green apple and sage. To the palate, it reveals its strength and excellent balance, harmony and elegance. It leaves a long-lasting, refreshing and lingering aftertaste. Food Pairing Notes: Very easy to drink, excellent as an aperitif, it perfectly pairs with every kind of fish course, but also with chicken, vegetables and fresh fruit. Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C. Hints of the Vineyard: It is produced in the best climatic areas with the most prestigious green-harvested grapes of the Pinot variety. Vinification: Obtained through a soft pressing, then a slow and controlled fermentation at low temperature, for at least three months in pressure sealed steel tanks. The result of such a careful process is a sparkling wine with a very fragrant rich foam, coming from a perfect perlage. Tasting Notes: Pink coloured with brilliant violet hues. Rich in foam, with a fine and persistent perlage. Pleasant bouquet, characterized by a distinctive floral aroma with notes of rose petal and violet, it evolves fruity with a clear hint of black cherry. Fresh, with an excellent acidity, pleasantly dry on the palate, balanced and persistent. Food Pairing Notes: Great sparkling wine to be appreciated as an aperitif, an excellent companion for appetizers, perfect with shellfish and fish, drinkable even after a meal. Serve chilled at a temperature of 8 / 10 °C, in tulip glasses.

Hints of the Vineyard: A special red wine made with slected grapes wisely aged in oak. Our winemakers blended different vintages to have the best balance in quality. A wine created for International markets. A superior level of quality, tailor made for the customer’s needs. Ageing: Devoto ages patiently in big Slavonian oak casks (115 HL) and in small French barrels for at least 30 months. Then, after fining in the bottle for further 8 months, the wine is released on the market. Tasting Notes: The colour is a brilliant garnet red with hints of orange on the rim. The bouquet is ethereal and intense, with a typical dried rose scent. To the taste, it is pleasantly austere, with elegant tannins and a long bitter cherry finish. Food Pairing Notes: The perfect wine for rich meaty stews, roast and game dishes and mature cheeses. Uncork 2 hours before and serve at 18 - 20°C. Ageing Potential: 70 months.
