Quality red wine.
Region: Eger wine region, Novaj Juhszalagos hill, Szomolya Nagyvölgy hill.
Plantation: Guyot cultivation method, planted in 240x100 cm rows. Clayish loam soil with a 5% to 7% south by southwestern slope, and mild, basic clay-leaching brown forest earth.
Vintage, Vinification: Early germination, hot and dry summer, early harvest.
Wine Description: Friendly, nice tannin content, round by aging. Thanks to the two varieties the wine has spicy and fruity notes in addition to the barrique barrel aging that unifies the wine.
Recommendation: Serve with grilled food, poultry feathered game, rabbit. It would perfectly accompany rabbit with vegetables made in an iron pot, preferably consumed at 16-18°C.
Storage: Lay bottles in standard temperature, cool, even climate, protected from direct sunlight.
