Region: Eger wine region, Estate Wine Plantation: Guyot cultivation method, planted in 240x100 cm rows. Vintage, Vinification: Early germination, hot and dry summer, early harvest. Engagement of six grape varieties. Wine Description: The name of the wine refers to the fact that it was originally meant to be a kosher wine and therefore has unique aromas. Residual sugar content remains from the grapes, which accompanies the low alcohol content. Intensive in the nose, spicy on the palate, nice acids. It is a very popular wine indeed, especially among young women. Recommendation: It accompanies desserts with walnut, peanut and cakes with red fruits. For example we suggest serving with walnut pudding with mulberry. It is best consumed at 16-18°C. Storage: Lay bottles in standard temperature, cool, even climate, protected from direct sunlight.

Quality red wine. Region: Eger wine region, Novaj Juhszalagos hill, Szomolya Nagyvölgy hill. Plantation: Guyot cultivation method, planted in 240x100 cm rows. Clayish loam soil with a 5% to 7% south by southwestern slope, and mild, basic clay-leaching brown forest earth. Vintage, Vinification: Early germination, hot and dry summer, early harvest. Wine Description: Friendly, nice tannin content, round by aging. Thanks to the two varieties the wine has spicy and fruity notes in addition to the barrique barrel aging that unifies the wine. Recommendation: Serve with grilled food, poultry feathered game, rabbit. It would perfectly accompany rabbit with vegetables made in an iron pot, preferably consumed at 16-18°C. Storage: Lay bottles in standard temperature, cool, even climate, protected from direct sunlight.

Classic dry red wine with a protected designation of origin. Region: Eger wine region, Estate Wine. Plantation: Guyot cultivation method, planted in 240x100 cm rows. Vintage, Vinification: Early germination, hot and dry summer, early harvest. Wine Description: Ruby color, rich, spicy and smooth tannins. Reminiscent of red currant in the nose and complementing the wonderful fragrance that resulted from the wooden barrel fermentation. Recommendation: Serve with pork, lamb and venison meals, cabbage dishes. It would accompany nicely pig roast and cabbage. It should be consumed at 16-18°C. Classic sweet white wine with a protected designation of origin. Region: Eger wine region, Noszvaj Csókás hill. Plantation: Guyot cultivation method, planted in 240x100 cm rows. Brown forest earth with carbonate remains. Vintage, Vinification: The harvest was delayed because of the cool late-summer weather. The nationwide heavy rain spared the Eger wine region, so in 2014 with the nice fragrances and beauty acids could be harvested. Reductive technology, directed fermentation at 14°C. Wine Description: Bright, intense in the nose with grape flowers and muscatel notes. Thanks to its low alcohol content and its residual sugar it is a nice wine even for beginner wine lovers. Recommendation: It matches best with desserts with cream and cottage cheese. It is great for afternoon and evening conversations. Serve at 10°C. Storage: Lay bottles in standard temperature, cool, even climate, protected from direct sunlight.
