Grapes were picked at optimum ripeness at about 23°B. After the crush, the juice was left on the skins for 4 hours and then pressed. Only free run juice was used and the fermentation temperature was between 13 - 15°C.
Tasting Notes
Yellow peach aromas on the nose transpire into delicate, but bright tropical fruit flavours on the palate. An easy-drinking, yet elegant Chardonnay in a modern style.
