Viña del Mar Cosecha is a cherry red color with ruby gleams, bright and clean. Its aroma is deep, as ripe fruit. On the mouth it is fleshy and well structured, with free and harmonious aftertaste. The grape is stemmed and crushed. The skins macerate with the juice during six days extracting the color and tannins desired to get a middle coat wine. Then, the process continues with the run off and a lightly pressing. After that the wine is fermented in vats at a controlled temperature of 25º C. We recommended serving this Viña del Mar Cosecha between 16º and 18º C. Viña del Mar Cosecha is perfect to go with meats and stews of the mediterranean cuisine.

Description: A revelation in the glass that demonstrates the existence of our meridional terroir, in which the conditions of climate and soil combine to give this wine its own unique personality. Tasting Notes: Colour of dark violet with a vivid shine. On the nose it displays aromas of ripe blackberry fruit, with suggestions of mocha, liquorice, pepper and hints of violets. Maintaining varietal prowess, it is equally attractive in the mouth. Silky, balanced with pleasant juxtaposition between spicy, dark fruit and mocha clad oak. Luscious from the first until the last sip. Harvest: August. Production Method: Grapes are hand picked from carefully selected parcels of the vineyard. Temperature controlled fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in wooden vats. The wine is then aged in barrique for 9 months with racking taking place every three months.

The Botani Sparkling Muscat is Spain’s answer to a Moscato from Northern Italy. The first sparkler made in Malaga, beautiful, fresh bubbles that give uplift and precision to the flowery, exotic perfume, and a good bit of residual sugar. However, the acidity balances out the sugar, resulting in a big, crisp, sparkling fruit cocktail that consumers will adore. It is produced from a careful selection of the best vines of Muscat of Alexandria from our vineyards located in the north-facing slopes in the mountains of Almáchar , at an altitude of between 600 and 800 meters. All grapes are harvested by hand, in small boxes of 10 kg, to prevent damage to the fruit and the boxes are carried uphill by hand and loaded onto mules. This ensures they arrive at the winery in perfect conditions. For centuries , the beautiful floral bouquets using bunches of jasmine, have been sold in the streets of Malaga . Each flower is inserted carefully one by one, to form a perfect cluster. Sparkling Botani reflects every detail of an honorable tradition with centuries of existence. Each bunch of grapes is picked by hand to create a sparkling wine so vibrant that it explodes on the palate and fills the glass with exotic floral aromas. Pairing: Salty snacks , desserts , seafood.
