The vineyard\'s soil, composed of limestone, chalk and clay, allows the production of round and powerful red wines based on Merlot. The Cabernet Sauvignon, grown on a plot dedicated to this grape variety, brings structure and freshness to the wine. Vinification and maturing are carried out by our oenologist who works in a completely renovated and modern cellar. Our wines are made in stainless steel vats using the latest technology and then matured in our cellar in French oak barrels, giving our wines complexity and finesse. Ch.
