When the winemaker began tasting the different lots of Grenaches, he wisely began with those from Cers (a majestic style, with a beautiful black color. On the palate, intense and explosive aromas). An image immediately came to mind. He then tasted Grenache from parcels in Portiragnes (silky texture, supple and balanced). The same image came back to mind, that of a panther. Felin Noir is the balanced result of the two terroirs. It awakens the senses, power enveloped in velvet. The finish is a roar of satistaction. Soil: Rolled stones. Rigorously selected parcels with small yields: 50 hl/ha. Vinification: Traditional maceration for 25 days. Punching of the cap, pumping over, micro-oxygenation on the marc. Maturing on fine lees for 3 months. Tasting Notes: Deep red color. Complex nose with matured red fruits: plums and blackberries. The mouth is full-bodied, silky and concentrated. Red fruit and spices lead to a generous finish with garrigue aromas. This Grenache is the perfect balance between man and beast. It will make you roar with pleasure!

“Secret Rouge” is produced from the oldest vines of the Alma Cersius vineyards. These plots and selected root-stocks represent the history, memory, and therefore the secret of time that allows them to offer today rare and remarkable fruits. The wine has a unique profile that combines the memory of a vineyard along with a contemporary touch, thanks to the work and taste of men of this century. And this is where its mystery lies in... the secret that is only revealed by tasting. Selection of old vines grown on a mosaic of terroirs: rolled stones and limestone-clay. Supreme maturity of grape bunches determines the harvest date. Traditional maceration for 40 days. Malolactic fermentation on the skins. Deep red color with garnet tints. With complex aromas, scents of eucalyptus lifted by the summer breeze, purée of black olives and subtle grilled notes reminiscent of caramel, one of our distant childhood favorites! Well balanced, the structure evokes the outline of the secret and announces a smooth finish, generous thanks to its integrated tannins.
