Made of organic grapes from own vineyards located in Tupungato (Uco Valley) at an altitude of 1200 metres (4000 feet) above sea level, one of the highest points in Mendoza. It is composed of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir grapes, fermented in stainless tanks, the second fermentation is carried out in bottle for 6 months. Tasting Notes It has an elegant greenish yellow color with fine bubbles. In the nose aromas of citrus, apple and tropical fruits. In mouth it presents green apple flavour and aroma, tropical and delicate hints of yeasts Food Pairing Seafood, fish, salmon and Asian dishes.

Made of organic grapes from own vineyards located in Tupungato (Uco Valley) at an altitude of 1200 metres (4000 feet) above sea level, one of the highest points in Mendoza. It is composed of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay grapes, fermented in stainless tanks, the second fermentation is carried out in bottle for 6 months. Tasting Notes It has an powerful salmon color from the Pinot Noir. Soft delicate and long lasting bubbles which result in an exceptional perlage. In mouth it present elegant feel. Red fruit flavors and citric notes such as orange peel, with a pleasant and lingering finish. In the nose red fruits with strong cherry and raspberry aromas. Nice freshness interwoven with a hint of toasted bread from its second fermentation in the bottle.

AMERI is our Tupungato Single Vineyard wine, harvested at 1250 meters/4000 FT in a cool climate, on the foothills of the Andes among Mendoza´s highest altitude vineyards. Grapes are grown organically with no pesticides added. AMERI is a blend of our best grapes, and it is harvested manually, barrel fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 16 months. Tasting Notes This is an elegant wine which exhibits a dense purple color, with intense aromas of red and black berries. Showing many layers of silky and round tannins with notes of violet, blackberry, raspberry and spice. It is a full-bodied wine with a long finish.

Made from organic grapes from our own Estate vineyards located in Gualtallary, Tupungato at an altitude of 1200 metres (4000 feet) above sea level, one of the highest points in Mendoza. The wine is 100% Chardonnay, aged in French oak during 10 months and 10 months in the bottle. Potential Aging: 6-8 years. Tasting Notes A golden wine with hues of green. In the nose it shows good aromatic intensity of tropical fruits, pear, coconut and vanilla. In the mouth it presents notes of green apple and pear with light tones of mild spices and jasmine. The soft and creamy palate provides a good volume and a refreshing acidity. Well rounded oak and candy flavors remain to the end.

Made of organic grapes from own Estate located in Gualtallary, Tupungato, at an altitude of 1200 meters (4000 feet) above sea level, one of the highest points in Mendoza. The wine is composed by 85% Malbec, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, and 5% Syrah. The wine has been aged in new and second use French oak barrels during 12 months and then 12 months in bottle. It has a potential for 8-10 years aging in correct storage conditions. Tasting Notes It presents an opaque, almost black violet color. In the nose it shows intense aromas with hints of ripe red fruit, plum, blackcurrant, black pepper and hints of candied fruit and jam. It has subtle notes of chocolate, coffee and walnut thanks to a long aging in French oak barrels. On the palate it is velvety in style, with soft and rounded tannins and notes of blackberry, spices and truffle that provide an aromatic complexity with an exquisite finish.

Tasting Notes The wine is bright yellow and shiny, with golden highlights. In the nose it presents fresh aromas of tropical fruit. It has concentrated notes of apple, peach and lime in the mouth. It presents a balance of sweetness and acidity; it is very creamy and round in style.

In the mouth it presents concentrated notes of apple, peach and lime. It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, with a long, clean and fresh finish.
