PRODUCTION: Maceration takes place in contact with the skins for 18 hours. The must is then transferred to another deposit where it remains at 12ºC for 48 hours. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels where the wine remains in contact with its lees for 4 months. The wine is then blended in deposit, stabilised and was bottled in February 2012. TASTING NOTE: Attractive yellow green colour, clean and bright. Powerful aromas of toasted notes, vanilla, preserves and tropical fruits. Balanced on the mouth, fresh, smooth and rich. FOOD MATCHING: Ideal for oily fish, smoked fish, meats and seafood.
