Carefully handcrafted by winemaker Steve Voysey, this Late Harvest Pinot Gris is a medium-sweet wine that comes from the aptly named ‘Candy Block’ vineyard. The style is rare and exquisite, traditionally known as Vendange Tardive and only made in years from outstanding with exceptional grapes. The palate is decadent and pure, with a dense bouquet of ripe, yellow stone fruits and floral lift. Serve as an aperitif, or with fruit or baked desserts and cellar for five years or more.
