A mirror-clear wine with a bright greenish yellow hue from the 30-year-old vines of the organically cultivated Megyer vineyard. The fragrance is typical of the variety, it has hints of pear, quince and citrus notes, elegantly subtle barrel ageing and mineral notes from the clayey volcanic stony soil. The flavour is medium bodied and firm, with a round texture and excellent structure. Despite the warm vintage, a pleasantly refreshing acidity supports and shapes the wine\'s balance. The fruitiness on the nose, together with subtle barrel spices and slightly salty notes, frame its complexity. The finish reflects the exceptionally good proportions of the basic ingredients and the terroir\'s unique character, rounded off by refreshingly low alcohol (12%) and youthful, light flavours. While tempered at 12 C⁰, it is an excellent choice for grilled vegetables, white meat poultry, fish served with buttery sauces and even mature, fatty and semi-hard cheeses.

Made from organically grown 100% Furmint from a selection of the winery\\\'s three vineyards, this aszú has a deep golden yellow colour, which in the glass indicates its exceptional concentration with a thick oily movement. The nose is extremely rich and complex, dominated by acacia honey, ripe juicy tangerine, apricot jam, candied citrus, sweet spices and botrytis. On the palate, too, there is an almost overwhelming richness of flavour, with a creamy texture, mainly dried fruit and a harmonious background of noble oak aromas. The residual sugar content of 198 grams is perfectly balanced by a refreshing acidity, which gives the creation an exceptional harmony of flavours. Despite the high sugar content, the long finish is not only sweet but also has intense aromatics, a lively character and the unique character of the terroir. Its higher acidity makes it an excellent companion for foie gras pâtés or fruit desserts, but it can also be the perfect \\\"dessert course\\\" for any occasion, bringing out its freshness at 12 C⁰.

A Furmint-tuned blend, in which more fragrant varieties also play an important role. Slightly more reserved in character, it requires some aeration before fresh green apple, lush grapefruit, peach and sweet floral notes become apparent. Its light-bodied and more relaxed style balances a pleasantly refreshing acidity and the rounding effect of a few grams of residual sugar towards a harmonious palate. Very fine carbonation bubbles add an airiness to its flavour and highlight its playful minerality. The finish is refreshingly citrusy, with pleasantly tart notes and soft textures of a hint of sweetness that encourage further tasting. At 8- 10 C⁰, it is a refreshing experience on its own, but it is also a great accompaniment to dressed salads, fish or fresh cheeses.

2019 has real potential to be also deemed as an outstanding vintage with wines showing finesse and capability for aging. The growing season was consistent with little in the way of wild temperature swings, heavy rains or drought and the vast majority of the grapes were allowed to reach full phenolic ripeness. The wine has a particular freshness and concertation of minerality, showing notes of flint, pebbles and lime. Due to the phenolic ripeness, this vintage also shows some floralness of wild meadow flowers along with peach and pear. This wine can work very well with thicker fish such as tuna, turbot, and scallops. But it can also go well with Hungarian tarragon-chickens soup “Ragu Leves”.
